A Seconds Candle is one that is slightly damaged or imperfect but still good to use! This candle had its top repoured after the wick was already cut so the wick is slightly shorter than normal. This may affect burning and if the wax starts to pool when melted and drowns the wick, carefully scoop some of the wax out and into a trash can (not down the sink!) and it should burn as normal.
